YOSI Archive home page — full-bleed garment photography under a raw monochrome header

A headless digital flagship for a one-of-one vintage and archival resale brand that grew on Instagram drops.

The brief

YOSI Archive sells one-of-one vintage and archival pieces, driven by daily Instagram content and monthly drops. Sales ran through DMs and in-person appointments. The brand needed a home of its own: a storefront that feels like the clothes, with a checkout it owns.

The work

YOSI Archive catalog: a grid of vintage tees with category, sort and size filters
Category, sort and size filters over a server-rendered grid pulled live from Shopify.
YOSI Archive quick-view drawer showing a single vintage piece beside the catalog
Pieces open in a quick-view drawer in place; shared links land on a full product page.

The build

The front end is Next.js on Vercel; Shopify stays the back office. The owner lists, prices and ships pieces from the Shopify app, and the site reads them through the Storefront API from the server, so the access token never reaches the browser.

Every piece is one of one, so the store is built around that. Quantity is fixed at one, sold pieces stamp SOLD within about a minute of payment without a redeploy, and a piece that sells while it sits in someone’s bag is caught before checkout. Checkout itself is Shopify’s, with Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo and local pickup.

Before launch, a real-card test order was paid, refunded and checked end to end: the SOLD flip, the confirmation email and the order in the admin. Launched October 10, 2026.
